Statement by the Press-Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus regarding the terrorist attacks in Afghanistan (January 11, 2017, Minsk)
With deep pain Belarus has learnt tragic news about terrorist attacks on January 10, 2017 in Afghanistan that caused numerous victims. As a result of terrorists actions, dozens of people were killed, including the members of the United Arab Emirates delegation carrying out a humanitarian mission, among those injured was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Afghanistan.
The Belarusian side strongly condemns all forms of terrorism and expresses its’ support for the efforts of the international community in fight against terrorism and extremism.
We express our sincere condolences to the families and friends of those killed and wish a speedy recovery to those injured.
