Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov delivers a lecture at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus

On April 25, 2025 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, delivered a lecture at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus entitled ‘Organising international meetings: from theory to practice’ as part of the advanced training courses for senior personnel of state bodies and organisations overseeing foreign economic activities.
The Minister shared practical experience of organising international meetings both in Belarus and during foreign visits at the highest and high levels, the peculiarities of holding business meetings and protocol events.
He paid special attention to the work on the implementation of the Head of State's instructions on promoting Belarusian interests on the African continent, the specifics of the meetings and negotiations, and the importance of taking into account national peculiarities in order to achieve real political and economic results.
He answered numerous questions from the audience concerning various aspects of foreign policy activities.
